Returns & Exchanges

At FIFI LONDON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on all regular-priced items within 14 days, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Items must be new, unwashed, and unworn.
• Original tags must still be attached.
• The product should be in its original packaging.

To start a return for an online purchase, please visit our returns page to submit a request. You can also return products purchased online to any of our store locations.

For online returns, please allow up to 5 business days for approval. Requests may be declined if items do not meet our Return Policy requirements. Please note that the original shipping charge, return shipping cost, and a possible restocking fee may apply.

Exclusions from Returns:

• Release Products and Raffle Products
• Items of personal hygiene (e.g., headwear, eyewear, jewelry, socks, and underwear)
• Discounted/promotional merchandise and Final Sale items

Items not returned in their original condition and packaging may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Price Matching:

If you find a lower price on an identical product (brand, product code, and size) currently offered at any local retail website, we will match the price for online purchases only. Requests must be made before the purchase or within the return period.

In-Store Pick-Up Orders:

Any in-store pick-up orders left at our store locations for over 1 month may be subject to a restocking fee, and products may be returned to inventory.

Bot Activity:

We monitor orders for potential bot activity. Sequential orders or cancelled/refused shipments may incur a 25% restocking fee, along with any associated shipping charges.
